How do I order the items listed in the Complete Catalogue and Label lists?

We are now pleased to provide a secure option for sending your credit card details.

Please click on Secure Ordering. Enter the details of your requirements in the first box including at least the Crazy Jazz Reference Number and the Artist's name. Your order will be acknowledged immediately by e-mail. You will receive a further e-mail within 24 hours or at the start of the next working day if your order is placed at a weekend. This second e-mail will confirm your order and give you a cost breakdown showing the amount to be charged to your card only when the items are shipped.

We accept the credit cards listed in the How To Pay section below.

You will be allocated a unique Customer Number when your first order is dispatched. If you quote that number in future orders there will be no need to resend any other information providing none of your details have changed.

Once you have supplied us with a credit card number we will use that number for all future orders unless you inform us otherwise.
Please be assured that card numbers are not stored on computer.

How can I pay for my order?
 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo & Delta.

Your card will not be charged until the items are dispatched.

We also accept cheques, postal and money orders. Orders paid by cheque must be in pounds sterling and will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. Please do not send a Sterling Banker's Draft or Money Order without first double checking with us that the items you require are available

Do I have to pay V.A.T.?
 

Value Added Tax will only apply to residents of the European Union. Those customers living in the Channel Islands or the rest of the world will have V.A.T. deducted from the value of the CDs they purchase.

V.A.T., amounting to  14.894% , will be subtracted from the cost of CDs shipped to customers residing outside the European Union.

If you have any queries about the status of your order please E-Mail us. Please be aware that some of the more obscure labels we supply may be subject to delay but we will make every effort to fill orders as quickly as possible.
 

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by cheque a refund cheque will be mailed to you
 

If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically.
