You will be allocated a unique Customer Number when your first order is dispatched. If you quote that number in future orders there will be no need to resend any other information providing none of your details have changed.
Once you have supplied us with a credit card number we will use that
number for all future orders unless you inform us otherwise.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Maestro
|Your credit card will be charged in British pounds. Any currency transaction will be carried out by your credit card company. They may charge a fee for this service|
Your card will not be charged until the items are dispatched.
We also accept cheques, postal and money orders. Orders paid by cheque must be in pounds sterling and will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. Please do not send a Sterling Banker's Draft or Money Order without first double checking with us that the items you require are available

Do I have to pay V.A.T.?
We are no longer registered for Value Added Tax and we therefore regret that items can NO LONGER be shipped tax-free beyond the European Union

Rates may vary on Large Multiple CD releases depending upon weight.
Insurance can be provided on
overseas orders for an additional £5.50 on orders up to a value of
£50 and for £8.10 on orders with a value greater than £50*.
How do I track my order?|
If you have any queries about the status of your order please E-Mail
us. Please be aware that some of the more obscure labels we supply
may be subject to delay but we will make every effort to fill orders
as quickly as possible.
What if I need to return my order?|
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or
credit within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be
refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be
accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received,
it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds
will be credited to your account. If paying by cheque a refund
cheque will be mailed to you
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?|
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically.
